Things to do immediately after knowing the benchmark

When the admission scores are announced, the joy of being admitted is often accompanied by the concern: “What should I do next?”. To ensure their rights and not miss out on the opportunity to study, admitted candidates need to immediately do the following.

1. Confirm your admission on time

Each school has a different deadline for confirming admission. If the candidate does not confirm within the deadline, the admission will be cancelled and the place will be given to another candidate.

Candidates need to log in to the Ministry of Education and Training's system or the school's admission portal to perform online confirmation.

At Dai Nam University (school code DDN) , candidates confirm their admission online on the website : n haphoconline.dainam.edu.vn and will receive detailed admission instructions immediately afterwards.

On August 23-24, 2025, successful candidates must be present at Dai Nam University - No. 1 Pho Xom, Phu Luong, Hanoi to complete the admission procedures in person.

2. Prepare complete admission documents

Prepare all admission documents to be ready for online or in-person admission.

Dai Nam University's 2025 admission profile includes:

- Admission notice - original

- High school transcript of 3 years of study – public photo

- Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2025 - original

- Temporary graduation certificate – original or high school diploma – notarized photocopy

- Birth certificate – notarized photocopy

- Citizen identification card – notarized photo

- CV - with confirmation stamp of the People's Committee of the commune/ward

- Letter of introduction for military service transfer (for men)

Note: If you are eligible for a scholarship or preferential treatment, you will need to provide additional relevant documents. In 2025, Dai Nam University will allocate a scholarship fund and financial support of up to 55 billion VND with 17 expanded scholarship policies , helping students reduce financial burden and study with peace of mind.

3. Understand the admission schedule and prepare finances

Check carefully the time and place of admission. Prepare the first semester tuition fee and other fees (e.g. dormitory if staying on campus).

On August 20, 2025, DNU announced the benchmark score.

New students of K19 complete admission procedures from 20th - August 31, 2025 in two forms.

- Online admission date: From August 20 to August 31, 2025

- Direct enrollment date (at school): From August 23 - August 24, 2025

+ Morning: From 7:30 am to 12:00 pm

+ Afternoon: From 13:30 – 17:30

Note: Direct admission time is allocated according to the major, new students need to monitor and comply with the exact admission time stated in their admission notice.

4. Plan accommodation and activities

If studying far from home, candidates should register for accommodation early to ensure safety and convenience.
