Forgot login code what to do?

Many candidates forget their login code and do not know how to retrieve it, causing difficulties in the process of registering for university admission.

When forgetting the login code, candidates need to perform the following steps:

Step 1:

- Visit the page https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/

- Click on the text: “Forgot your login code?”

Step 2:

- Enter the ID card or CCCD registered with the school - the candidate account was previously issued.

- Enter email address: candidates must enter their correct email, the system will send a new password - login code to the registered email.

- Enter confirmation code

- Click the “Reissue login code” button

Note: Candidates need to save their password and login code to access the exam management system.

Which admission combination to choose, which method to choose?

In 2024, candidates do not need to choose an admission combination, they only need to choose a school code and a major code. The system will automatically select all admission combinations according to the major the candidate has chosen, considering all combinations to have the highest chance of passing.

Fix error of not receiving OTP code

Many candidates wonder: I used the phone number (phone number) registered for graduation to send a message to get the OTP code but the system reported "the phone number requested to send the confirmation code is incorrect", how to fix it?

In this case, the system may have an error. Candidates need to use the correct phone number in the red box at the registration confirmation step to text TSO <ID number/CCCD> to 6058

Note:

- OTP code is only valid for 30 minutes.

- After each time you edit your wishes, change your wishes or any wish information, candidates must compose a message to get an OTP code to confirm registration.

- Do not reuse the first OTP code.

Is it mandatory to register the eligible admission wish as the first wish?

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, each candidate is only admitted to one highest wish.

- If the candidate really loves a major or a school that meets the admission requirements, then they should make their first choice.

- If candidates are still wondering, they can register their preferences in order of priority for the major they love and that is suitable for their abilities as their first preference, and at the same time, set the preference that meets the conditions for early admission as their next preference.

At that time, if the candidate fails to pass the first choice, it is still guaranteed that the candidate who passes the major meets the requirements to pass the next choice.

Can both high school transcript and high school graduation exam scores be considered in the same application?

If the school considers both methods for that major, candidates will be considered for both their transcripts and high school graduation exam scores.

If I don't like my early admission wish, how can I place my wish?

Candidates can choose any number of early admission wishes. If all higher priority wishes fail, the early admission wish will be counted as the passing wish.

For example: If the candidate fails the first choice, the system will consider the second choice (the choice that meets the conditions for early admission) and you will be admitted to the second choice.

If I have not registered for early admission to the school, can I register for early admission on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training?

Early admission methods for universities in 2024 ended on July 10. Therefore, if you have not registered for early admission to the school, you will not be able to register for early admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's system.

Can I apply for multiple majors at the same school?

Before 5:00 p.m. on July 30, candidates can change and edit an unlimited number of times.

Note: After each change, candidates need to complete all steps and send a message to get the confirmation code to confirm registration.

How do I know if my registration is complete?

When you log out and log back into the system, go to the list of registered wishes and see the message: "Recorded wishes - wishes not yet paid" which means you have successfully registered.

Fee payment time

- From July 18 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, candidates do not need to pay the application fee.

- From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2024, candidates log back into the system to see how much they need to pay and proceed with payment.

- After successfully paying the fee, the candidate will officially register for university admission in 2024.

Note: If you successfully register for admission but do not pay the fee, you will not be considered for university admission.

How to arrange your wishes to get admitted most easily?

For candidates who have not passed the exam, early admission methods:

- Make a list of schools and majors that you really like and want to study, look at the admission scores of these schools in previous years. Remove from the list schools with admission scores in previous years that are too high compared to your score (from 4-5 points).

For example: If you get 20 points, you should not apply to schools that in previous years required 24 - 25 points.

- After excluding, you can add some more suitable fields until you get a list that you are satisfied with.
