Instructions for confirming admission on the portal of the Ministry of Education and Training

Dai Nam University guides 2025 admitted candidates to confirm admission on the portal of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Admission confirmation time

From August 23, 2025 - before 5:00 p.m., August 30, 2025 , admitted candidates must confirm online enrollment on the Ministry of Education and Training's System to Dai Nam University if they want to study at the school.

Instructions for confirming admission

- Candidates access the portal of the Ministry of Education and Training at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn to confirm admission, specifically:

Step 1: Access the website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/

Step 2: Fill in ID number, login code, confirmation code

Step 3: Click the Login button to enter the Ministry of Education and Training system

Step 4: Select Menu, select the function Look up admission results

At the main interface, candidates go to the Menu located in the upper left corner of the screen (or the three-line icon on the phone). Click on it and select Look up admission results .

This function helps you view information on admission results for your wishes. At the same time, it displays options to confirm online admission if you have been admitted. Select Menu, select the function Look up admission results.

Step 5: View university admission results 2025

In the search section, the system will display the registered wishes and the corresponding admission results. The wishes with the result 'Admitted' will be clearly noted.

Step 6: Click on the Record icon in the Admission Confirmation section

Next to the admission wish, the system will display the Confirm icon. Candidates need to click on this icon to start the admission confirmation process.

Step 7: Select agree to complete admission confirmation

After clicking on the Confirm icon, the system will display a final confirmation dialog. You need to select Agree to complete the admission confirmation process.

Step 8: Check your admission status in the Status section

Once completed, return to the main interface and check the Status of your application. If it says 'Enrollment Confirmed', it means you have completed successfully.

Step 9: Complete confirmation of admission on the Ministry of Education and Training system in 2025

Once the system records successful confirmation, you have officially confirmed successful enrollment.

Admission instructions at Dai Nam University

To officially become a new student of K19 of Dai Nam University, candidates need to complete admission procedures with the school.

First of all, candidates need to prepare a hard copy of the admission application including the following documents:

1. Admission notice (original), High school transcript of 3 years of study (notarized photocopies)
2. Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2025 (original)
3. Temporary graduation certificate (original - if graduating in 2025)
4. High school diploma (notarized photo if graduated before 2025)
5. Birth certificate (notarized photocopy)
6. Citizen identification card (notarized copy)
7. CV (with confirmation stamp of the Commune/Ward People's Committee)
8. Letter of recommendation for transfer of military service (for men)

Note: Candidates do not need to resubmit documents that were previously submitted in the application, just provide the missing documents to the school.
