As a young lecturer, an IT engineer in a time when the profession is in need of people, I have many choices. However, I chose this place as my resting place with a salary that is not a dream. It is simple because I especially like the working environment of Dai Nam University.

As a young lecturer, an IT engineer in a time when the profession is in need of people, I have many choices. However, I chose this place as my resting place with a salary that is not a dream. It is simple because I especially like the working environment of Dai Nam University.
Here, we are free to express our abilities and opinions, even to our bosses. The open, loving and sharing atmosphere makes me feel like this is my second home. The seniors, uncles and aunts in the department always advise and guide us to complete the assigned work well. In addition, for the IT industry like ours, investing in machinery and equipment for students and lecturers to improve their knowledge is especially important, and the school has done that. That is also a great motivation for lecturers who love their jobs like us to stick with this school.
For me, this was the right decision to choose to work at Dai Nam.
