At Dai Nam University, the job search journey doesn't begin after graduation but starts in the early years of university. Mini Job Fair 2026 is one of many business networking activities regularly organized by the university, helping students gradually access the real-world work environment and prepare to enter the labor market.

More than one recruitment fair

Over 600 students, 18 businesses, and more than 500 internship and job opportunities converged at the Mini Job Fair 2026, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing in collaboration with the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Center of Dai Nam University.

More than just a job fair, the program provides students with the opportunity to meet recruiters directly, experience the actual recruitment process, participate in interviews, receive feedback from businesses, and gain a better understanding of the demands of the labor market before graduation. Every activity at the event helps students bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and the professional work environment.

With the participation of 18 businesses operating in various fields such as consumer goods, technology, education, trade, and real estate, Mini Job Fair 2026 offers more than 500 internship and job opportunities for students.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Truong Duc Thao, Head of the Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing, the program is proof of Dai Nam University's practical training orientation, bringing businesses closer to students during their studies. The university's goal is not only to help students find internships but also to create opportunities for them to demonstrate their abilities, attitudes, and professional skills to recruiters.

Businesses directly interview, assess students' abilities, and share the actual requirements of the labor market with them.

Businesses participating in the program also highly appreciate the proactiveness, confidence, and willingness to learn of students from Dai Nam University. For businesses, this is not only a recruitment activity but also an opportunity to access a source of high-quality young human resources to meet future development needs.

Every interview is a lesson.

For many students, the Mini Job Fair is their first time directly introducing themselves, submitting applications, and participating in interviews with businesses. These practical experiences help students clearly identify their strengths, skills that need further improvement, and build confidence and professionalism before officially entering the job market.

Mini Job Fair 2026 offers over 500 internship and job opportunities across various fields, expanding career prospects for students.

Many students have found suitable internship opportunities, and some have even opened up job prospects immediately after completing their programs. This is also a practical value that job fairs bring, as each meeting with businesses becomes a valuable career lesson.

Career preparation is a four-year journey.

Mini Job Fair 2026 is just one link in the ecosystem connecting businesses that Dai Nam University has built and maintained throughout its history. From career guidance activities, company visits, internships to large-scale job fairs, students are given opportunities to access a real-world work environment right from their early years of university.

Thanks to an ever-expanding network of business partners, 100% of graduating students have access to job opportunities through recruitment referrals, business networking, and the support of the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Center.

This is also the training orientation that Dai Nam University persistently pursues: not waiting until graduation day to start preparing for a career, but accompanying students throughout their four years of study so that each person confidently enters the labor market with real competence, solid skills, and a readiness to contribute.
