Instructions for 02 forms of admission for new students of K19 of Dai Nam University in 2025

In order to facilitate new students of K19 to complete admission procedures quickly and conveniently; Dai Nam University implements admission in 02 forms: Online and In-person from August 22 - 31, 2025.

1. Online admission from August 22 - 31, 2025

For this form, as long as there is Internet, new students can complete the admission procedure anywhere.

The admission process is designed to be simple and easy to use, allowing students to easily check information, update their profile, pay tuition fees online and receive admission confirmation in the following steps:

Step 1: Check information and update profile

New students visit website: https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn.

Confirm information and update student records.

Note: All new students must complete this step.

Step 2: Pay the admission fee

Students pay the admission fee via bank transfer when confirming their admission online at the website https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn.

New students log in to the banking app, then scan the QR code (valid for 10 minutes) and check the information before transferring money. Beneficiary name: Dai Nam University.

After successfully transferring the admission fee, new students will receive a payment confirmation message/email from Dai Nam University.

Note: New students paying tuition fees in cash will pay from August 23-24, 2025 (K19 Admission Day) at Dai Nam University - No. 1 Pho Xom, Phu Luong Ward, Hanoi City.

Step 3: Submit application for admission

Upload profile photo while confirming admission.
Send your application to the Admissions Office or submit it directly by 8:00 a.m. on August 24, 2025 at Dai Nam University - No. 1 Pho Xom, Phu Luong Ward, Hanoi City.

Step 4: Complete enrollment

After completing all the above steps, new students will receive a text message/email confirming successful admission.

Note:

- If online admission is successful, new students only need to come to school to submit their admission application and participate in the welcoming activities of the Faculty and the School on August 23 or August 24, 2025 (according to the schedule in the admission notice).

2. Direct enrollment day 23-24/08/2025

On August 23 - 24, 2025, Dai Nam University will organize an In-person Admission Day at the school.

2.1 Admission documents

New students of K19 who want to enroll directly need to prepare an admission application including the following documents:

1. Admission notice (original), High school transcript of 3 years of study (notarized photocopies)

2. Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2025 (original)

3. Temporary graduation certificate (original)

4. High school diploma (notarized photo if graduated before 2025)

5. Birth certificate (notarized photocopy)

6. Citizen identification card (notarized copy)

7. CV (with confirmation stamp of the Commune/Ward People's Committee)

9. Letter of recommendation for military service transfer (for men)

Step 1: Look up the admission hall

New students come to the reception desk to be guided to the admission hall.

Step 2: Get a queue number

1. New students take a number at the hall door, wait for their name to be called to check in.

2. Confirm admission on the Ministry of Education and Training portal: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn

3. Visit https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn to check and update your profile.

Note: The access code to the online admission system of Dai Nam University is included in the SMS/Email notification of new students' admission.

Step 3: Submit application directly

New students submit their application at the reception desk and receive an application receipt.

Step 4: Pay tuition

New students transfer money or pay cash at the application desk according to the instructions of the reception staff.

Step 5: Attend the Faculty's reception ceremony

After completing the admission procedures, new students move to the hall exit and will be greeted by faculty staff at the back door of the hall and taken to the reception room to participate in the Faculty's welcome activities.

The admission process is guided directly by a team of lecturers and consultants to help new students and their families quickly complete the admission procedures.

3. Continue to consider additional transcripts

From September 1, 2025, the School officially opens additional admissions with a limited number of quotas for 36 standard training majors and 06 international joint programs.

4. Milestones that new K19 students need to remember

- From August 22 - August 31, 2025: Online admission.

- August 23 and 24, 2025: Direct admission, visit and experience facilities, meet teachers, and answer questions.

- From September 3: New students start going to school according to the school's schedule.
