Ministry of Education and Training replied:
After taking the National High School Exam hosted by universities, with the purpose of both obtaining graduation recognition results and using the results for admission to universities and colleges. If the high school graduation requirements are met and the exam subjects are suitable for the admission requirements of the universities that the candidate wishes to study, the candidate will submit an application for admission to that school.
Each candidate is given 4 certificates of exam results for admission consideration. Candidates use the original certificate of exam results for admission to their first choice at a university they wish to register for. If they are not admitted, they will use the remaining 3 original certificates of exam results for admission to additional choices to register for.
