Groundbreaking ceremony for the Phase 3 lecture hall building - the new symbol of Dai Nam University.

The Phase 3 lecture hall building is constructed on an area of nearly 66,000m², comprising 15 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors. The project is part of the infrastructure development strategy for the period 2026-2030, aimed at meeting the increasing learning, research, and experiential needs of students.

In particular, the project is expected to be completed in time for Dai Nam University's 20th anniversary in 2027.

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Board, presided over the groundbreaking ceremony and pressed the button to officially start the construction of the key project, Phase 3.

It's not just a lecture hall; it's a modern university space.

The school's leadership shared: What makes Phase 3 different is not only its scale but also its focus on the student experience.

The building is equipped with 13 high-speed elevators, an escalator system connecting floors 1 to 4, and an expansive open space of 3,600m² on the 4th floor. These are not simply technical figures; they represent spaces designed for students to meet, study in groups, exchange academic ideas, organize events, exhibit ideas, network with businesses, and develop creative projects.

The teachers and school administrators were delighted that construction of the building had officially begun.

Phase 3 not only adds modern learning spaces but also expands the experiential ecosystem for students at Dai Nam University. Alongside existing lecture halls, laboratories, libraries, sports fields, clubs, and social spaces, the new building will provide more open spaces for interaction, teamwork, event organization, community connection, and the development of global citizenship skills. Therefore, Phase 3 is not simply a new lecture hall building, but the next step in Dai Nam University's continuous investment journey to create an increasingly modern, dynamic, and enriching learning environment for its students…

The green square, with a capacity of up to 8,000 people, represents a new look for DNU.

In front of the Phase 3 building will be a large green square with a capacity of up to 8,000 people. This will be the space for organizing large-scale academic, cultural, artistic, sporting, and community-connecting events of Dai Nam University in the future.

The combination of modern lecture halls, open spaces, and green plazas not only contributes to changing the appearance of Dai Nam University campus but also creates a dynamic, experiential, and inspiring learning environment for students.

From classroom lectures and club activities to entrepreneurial endeavors, scientific research, and large-scale cultural and artistic programs, everything will coexist within a modern and integrated university environment.

Investing in learners is the most important investment.

At Dai Nam University, every construction project begins with a common goal: to provide students with a better, more modern learning environment and more opportunities for development.

The first bricks laid today not only mark the beginning of a new project, but also signify a new phase of development for Dai Nam University on its journey to create a modern, creative, and happy learning environment for its students.
