Overview of Economic Law
The Economic Law Department of Dai Nam University was established under Decision No. 452/QD-BGDT, dated February 10, 2015 of the Ministry of Education and Training. The Economic Law program at Dai Nam University is built on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, related documents, and at the same time, it refers to many Bachelor of Economic Law training programs of schools such as: Hanoi Law University, Hanoi National University, National Economics University, ... to ensure the connectivity between training programs, training levels and other training institutions.

The objective of the industry is to train bachelors with good political qualities, professional ethics and health; have basic knowledge of law, legal practice and knowledge of politics, economics, culture and society related to the field of economic law, initially have specialized orientation and practical research skills.
Although newly established, the Economic Law major has gradually gained the trust of society and many candidates when applying for university admission to this potential career.
Training program
- Students majoring in Economic Law will be fully equipped with professional knowledge, soft skills as well as learning and working attitudes appropriate to the major. Specifically, the school trains students majoring in Economic Law with good political qualities, professional ethics and health; Have basic knowledge of law, legal practice and knowledge of politics, economics, culture, society related to the field of economic law, initially have specialized orientation and practical research skills.
- Graduates of Economic Law can research and solve basic problems in the field of economic law, meeting the requirements of industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration.
- Soft skills and students' moral qualities are focused on and practically trained through practical internship activities at enterprises, hypothetical legal situations, etc.
- The teaching staff are professors, associate professors, doctors, etc. with high professional qualifications and many years of professional experience in the field of economic law. They will provide students with in-depth and practical professional knowledge, helping students to be able to take on positions related to the law industry right after graduation.
Career opportunities
After graduation, students majoring in Economic Law will be business law experts who can take on positions in state management agencies in general and state management agencies on business in particular; units directly involved in state business activities; enterprises of all other economic sectors; judicial agencies, courts, prosecutors, enforcement agencies; economic police forces; commercial arbitration centers; legal consulting organizations in general and legal consulting organizations of domestic and foreign business organizations in particular; research and teaching in the field of economic law at research and training institutions....
Degree
Graduates are awarded a Bachelor of Economic Law. After graduation, students can continue their studies at domestic and foreign universities.
