Having accompanied students for nearly two decades, Dai Nam University is a reputable destination for more than 45,000 young people nationwide.

"Unleash your identity - Illuminate your journey": When universities not only train professionals but also help students take control of their future.

Artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and international integration are profoundly changing the labor market. Many jobs will disappear, and many new professions will constantly emerge. In this context, what students need is not only a field of study that is relevant today, but also the ability to adapt to the changes of tomorrow.

Stemming from this need, Dai Nam University (school code DDN) has built an ecosystem of 56 application-oriented training programs, placing learners at the center and using the workforce needs of society as a guiding principle. The programs are designed according to output standards (OBE), emphasizing practical training, connecting with businesses, and integrating digital skills, helping students not only to be proficient in their field but also ready to enter a rapidly changing work environment.

In 2026, Dai Nam University will enroll students in 56 full-time undergraduate programs. The diverse ecosystem of professions anticipates future workforce trends.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang, Rector of Dai Nam University: "Higher education should not only equip students with specialized knowledge but also help them learn how to learn, adapt, collaborate, and master technology. By discovering their unique identity and developing their full potential, each student will have more opportunities for success in a constantly changing world."

The training ecosystem is designed based on market needs.

Dai Nam University currently offers 56 programs across the fields of Health Sciences, Technology - Engineering, Economics - Business, Social Sciences and Humanities, Languages, Fine Arts and Design. Instead of developing each discipline separately, the university has built an interconnected training ecosystem, helping students simultaneously develop knowledge, skills, and innovative thinking.

The Information Technology sector and emerging technology fields have invested in AI Labs, IoT Labs, and many modern learning spaces to meet the trend of digital transformation.

The three-semester-per-year training model allows students in some fields to shorten their study time to 3–3.5 years while still ensuring the required learning outcomes. Simultaneously, the AI Lab, IoT Lab, Semiconductor Technology Transfer Center, Pre-clinical Center, Pharmacy Practice Center, and numerous modern learning spaces have been invested in, ensuring that technology and practical experience become an integral part of the training process.

Health science students study in a modern laboratory system, linking theory with practice and the requirements of the industry.

Bringing the classroom closer to businesses.

The distinguishing feature of Dai Nam University's training model is that it integrates businesses into the training process, rather than simply providing internship opportunities for students.

At the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the collaboration program with ACIT technology companies allows students to learn and practice directly in a production environment from their second year. Not only students, but also faculty members work directly at the company for extended periods to update their knowledge of technology, production processes, and the practical demands of the labor market before bringing that knowledge back to the classroom.

Representatives from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering stated that the goal of this model is to bridge the gap between training and practice, so that what students learn today is exactly what businesses need.

In addition to providing knowledge, Dai Nam University focuses on cultivating adaptability, innovative thinking, and professional skills for its students.

The effectiveness of this approach is also demonstrated in many other fields. In the field of Korean Studies, even while still in school, students are directly selected by businesses for internships; in the 17th cohort alone, 329 students were interviewed and accepted by businesses.

The medical training program is designed with a practice-oriented approach, helping students to quickly adapt to the hospital environment and enhance their professional skills.

In the Health Sciences field, students gain practical experience at partner hospitals throughout their studies. The first cohort of doctors at Dai Nam University recently made a significant mark with 7 out of 8 students successfully passing the residency entrance exam at leading medical universities nationwide, including a student who became the top scorer in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

These results demonstrate the effectiveness of training orientation linked to practical skills, adaptability, and the actual requirements of the labor market.

Supporting each student in developing their own unique identity.

Each training program at Dai Nam University is designed according to the Objectives of Education (OBE), aiming to develop the competencies, identity, and adaptability of learners.

In addition to its training programs, Dai Nam University fosters a dynamic learning environment through hundreds of activities including scientific research, entrepreneurship, culture, arts, sports, volunteering, and international exchange, thereby creating conditions for students to develop comprehensively in terms of expertise, skills, and experience.

The university also publicly discloses tuition fees from the beginning of the course and commits to not increasing tuition fees throughout the study period. Furthermore, it has implemented a scholarship fund worth 55 billion VND along with many programs to support learning, entrepreneurship, job placement, and student care, contributing to creating a stable learning environment and accompanying students throughout their university journey.

At Dai Nam University, each student is a unique individual, and the university supports each student in developing their strengths, shining in their own way, and confidently stepping into the future.

After nearly two decades of development, Dai Nam University remains steadfast in its philosophy of putting the learner at the center. In a world where technology and careers are constantly changing, the most sustainable thing a university can give its students is not just knowledge or a degree, but the ability to adapt, a lifelong learning spirit, and the confidence to build their own future.

This is precisely the spirit of "Unleash your identity - Illuminate your journey" that Dai Nam University is realizing in each training program, and persistently pursuing throughout its journey of accompanying each student.
