“I have never regretted choosing Dai Nam University”. That is the motto of Luc Minh Phong, a student with an almost perfect entrance score (29.75 for block C), and also the valedictorian of the entire course of Chinese Language and Culture. Perhaps this is the clearest affirmation of a correct choice.
