The day Le Anh Tu - a former student of K11 of the Faculty of Communication completed the house for his parents in the countryside, he realized: success is not only measured by income, but also by the peaceful smiles of his loved ones. Before the age of 30, Tu had already "jumped into" many roles: reporter, editor, content team leader... and now he is the Founder of the culinary brand An An - specializing in Nghe An specialties. But what makes him happiest is not just having his own brand, but being able to build a spacious house with his own hands to show his gratitude to his parents.

From Dai Nam lecture hall to real life experience
Le Anh Tu often mentions Dai Nam as a place to “sow the seeds of confidence”. There, he learned to become a multi-tasker. He shared: “At the Faculty of Communication, I was trained to become a multi-talented person: from consulting, content creation, MC, event organization, editing, filming… All of these have become valuable assets when entering the profession. My secret is: the more you know and do, the more you will earn.”
Since he was in school, Tu has had the opportunity to try and practice in many fields.
Not only studying hard and practicing his profession, selling online and opening a lemon tea shop during his student days helped Tu earn pocket money, like “practice outside the classroom”. Failure or success both left life lessons, training him to have the courage to choose the path of starting a business with the culinary brand An An - a specialty of Nghe An.
When mentioning this job, Tu emphasized: " Working part-time does not replace studying, but if you know how to learn from experience, then that experience will enrich your knowledge."

What makes Tu proud is not only developing his own brand, but also returning to his old school to accompany the younger generations as a Sponsor for professional competitions: Speak Up Dai Nam 2024, The Moments 2025,... just like the way Tu's An An culinary brand was also nurtured since he was a student. Choosing the path of starting a business based on his hometown's specialties such as products made from eel, he hopes to spread the image of regional culinary culture, so that Nghe An people far away from home, no matter where they are, can enjoy the full taste of their hometown, "delicious enough, safe enough".
He said: “I don’t dare call what I have achieved an achievement, I just consider them small goals. But certainly, Dai Nam University has given me a career, and more importantly, given me a way to live decently with my career and with myself.”
