Bản lĩnh 'chiến binh' Gen Z sẵn sàng nhập cuộc trước thềm 1/5

The diploma is not only a certification of academic effort, but also proof of maturity and resilience. Khanh Ly feels that she is ready to face life's challenges, no longer a student who only sees life through books, but a "warrior" ready to enter the fray.
Khanh Ly affirmed: "The field of Business Administration is very broad, but the sharpest weapon that Dai Nam University has equipped itself with is adaptability and practical skills."

The school not only taught Khanh Ly how to manage a business on paper, but also how to manage herself and handle the real-world variables of the market. Her flexibility and readiness are what set her apart, allowing her to confidently compete in a volatile business environment.
Khánh Ly's practical internship experiences have given her many invaluable lessons. She shared: "When participating in real-world sales and marketing activities, I realized that management is not about rigid commands, but about the art of coordinating resources and people."
Furthermore, even the best marketing plan will struggle to succeed if it doesn't align with the actual needs of the market and the operational capabilities of the team. This shifted Khanh Ly's mindset from "theoretical management" to "management based on practical results."

In the field of economics, there is sometimes still a prejudice that women tend to be more emotional. Khanh Ly proved the opposite through her efforts and perseverance in completing her graduation thesis.
She said, "I spent nights analyzing financial indicators and developing marketing strategies for the business. I wanted to prove that a female business administration student can absolutely grasp dry numbers and technological techniques with the utmost sharpness."
Meticulousness and perseverance are how Khanh Ly asserts her capabilities and breaks down gender stereotypes that still exist in the business world.

Armed with her acquired knowledge, skills, and experience, Khanh Ly aspires to contribute to the development of the organization she will be working for. Unafraid to start from small positions, Khanh Ly aims to learn as quickly as possible in order to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
She hopes to apply her management knowledge and practical marketing experience to create measurable results and deliver tangible value to businesses.

Besides focusing on her work, Khanh Ly also has personal projects in mind. During her break after graduation, she took the first steps towards her project in the field of fashion design, while simultaneously developing her career as a photo model.
Khanh Ly shared: "I'm using this time to research more deeply the field I will pursue, specifically fashion design. I believe that starting right when the energy of graduation is at its peak is the best way to transform theoretical knowledge from the classroom into practical business experience."
