Regarding thesis defense time and graduation exam organization in 2016

      To: Heads of the Departments of Finance and Banking, Accounting, Business Administration,

Public Relations , Faculty of Construction, Training Department, Administration Department

-           Based on the teaching and learning plan for the 2015-2016 school year

-           Based on the 2016 internship and graduation plan

-           Based on the proposal of the Heads of specialized departments

The Board of Directors announces the plan to organize the graduation defense and graduation exam as follows:

1. Time:

►   Graduation defense:

+ Faculty of Public Relations: June 11, 2016

+ Faculty of Finance and Banking: June 14, 2016

+ Faculty of Accounting: June 14, 2015

+ Faculty of Construction: June 15, 2016

+ Faculty of Business Administration: June 16, 2016

► Graduation Exam: June 22, 2015

2. Venue : At Phu Lam facility - Ha Dong - Hanoi

3. Requirements:

►   Departments : Based on this announcement, departments specify their work. Coordinate with the Training Department and the Examination Department to organize and grade graduation exams.

► Administration Department : Prepare facilities for graduation exams and thesis defense.
