Independent candidates who wish to register for admission but have not yet registered their personal information on the System must register to receive an account for admission registration from May 1st to May 20th, 2026.

Instructions for applying for an account to register for the 2026 university entrance exam for independent candidates from May 1st to May 20th, 2026 are as follows:

Step 1: Candidates download the personal information registration form HERE , fill in the information according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training, and complete all the required information.

Step 2: Submit the form at the designated reception point (according to the regulations and instructions of the Department of Education and Training where the candidate resides) to receive account information and enter personal information into the System for the purpose of student enrollment.

Step 3: After receiving an account and password, candidates use this account to: Register their university admission preferences; adjust their preferences; monitor admission results; and pay the application fee online.
